Message & data rates may apply. SMS frequency will vary based on client needs, but clients can expect up to 4 messages per month for care coordination and appointment communication.

Clients may opt-out of receiving SMS at any time by replying STOP to a text message they receive from us. Once we receive a STOP request, we will no longer send further text messages.
